According to English Russia, this meme is taking the country by storm. It all started after that blonde posted her photo in Russian social network. From there, butt chaos ensued, planetary collisions happened, and Earth's gravity field changed. It's similar to the self-portrait meme we've covered before, but involving slightly more ass.

Citizens, all I can say is: We beat the crap out of Soviets on the Space Race, capitalist won against communism, we tore down the Berlin wall... are we going to let them win this one?

I say NO. We choose to go to the Moon and do the other things not because they are easy, but because they are hard. Hard butts. The Free World shall prevail.

I thought the Russians won the space race. Apart from the US getting to the Moon first, the Soviets were first in just about everything else, and Soyuz was in most ways of measuring effectiveness more successful than the shuttle, even though it was ancient technology.

The US didn't tear down the Berlin wall either. In this country you get the BS piece of propaganda spouted that it was Reagan's, "Mr. Gorbachev. Tear down this wall" speech that was responsible for the wall coming down when it had zero to do with it.

The Wall came down because under Gorbachev's policies, control of the Soviet satellite states had been reduced. This lead Hungary to allow people from East Germany to flow in to their country and then on to Austria and from there in to West Germany.

The Wall no longer had any purpose, so the East Germans did nothing to stop the people from tearing it down. By that point it had become just a meaningless piece of concrete.
