You’ve seen the incredible art that sometimes mysteriously shows up in grass fields, seemingly the work of otherworldly beings (but actually the work of determined artists with special shoes and a big plan). Now it seems that farms aren’t the only canvasses that our alien overlords like to paint on. Over the past several years, ski resorts and snow-dusted hills in France have been graced with these incredible patterns.
These enormous, intricate designs are the creation of one man and his snowshoes. Simon Beck, whom you can see in the last image below, conceives and executes these patterns, turning fresh snow into alien messages.
