Ripley in Alien Resurrection
“I love the character of Ripley and seeing her showcase her basketball skills in Alien Resurrection was something that always stuck with me,” Smith said. “The card needed to have a futuristic look to it in order for it to feel authentic and worthy of the character. I researched the interior layouts from the USM Auriga and incorporated those aspects into the 3D design. After getting her expression and gesture locked in, I then focused on overlap and added additional layers on her to enhance the depth for the card.”
