This mutton-chopped prezbot is actually the Audio-Animatronics Abraham Lincoln from the 1964/1965 New York World’s Fair. He’s being gussied up for display at Walt Disney World’s Hollywood Studios. Either that, or reports of his death have been greatly exaggerated.
