From November 26th until December 31st, 2014 or while supplies last, Lego shop at home is giving away a free Jor-El (5001623) minifigure with select purchases. There is no spending threshold, the giveaway comes with any purchase as long as it is under the Lego DC Comics Super Heroes theme.
I personally ordered an Arkham Asylum Breakout (10937) and it automatically added the Jor-El figure to my cart.
