Great news for Dish subscribers—you're getting The Walking Dead, Breaking Bad, and Mad Men back. Dish Networks and AMC have finally settled their legal battle, so consider your Sunday nights salvaged.

Dish will pay AMC and Cablevision $700 million for a new multi-year agreement that gives the cable provider all of AMC Networks' channels—AMC, IFC, Sundance, and WE TV. Fans of Rick Grimes and his band of zombie killers are certainly relieved. [EW]

Unless I get reimbursed for all the iTunes season passes I had to buy for AMC shows this year (including this season of Walking Dead!!!), I'm *still* dropping Dish in December when my contract runs out. The fact that they finally settled does not make it okay that they took away more than half of the programming I cared about without changing my bill to reflect that.

As far as I'm concerned, this whole ordeal was as good as outright picking my pocket.
