Judge Dredd is one of the all-time great dystopian future comics — and a huge part of its appeal is the gritty, edgy look of the character as depicted by Carlos Sanchez Ezquerra and other iconic artists.
We’ve already sung the praises of the new Dredd movie, coming in September — but now here’s some high-res photos to show you just how much they nailed the look of the character and his dark city. The poster art looks pretty similar to Nolan’s two most recent Batman films — probably by design.
