David Pogue of the New York Times challenged each cellphone company to send him their easiest to use phone, and found, surprise, surprise, that all of the phones have really glaring design flaws. Among them, Nokia phones require four button presses to turn off its ringer, counterintuitive “on” buttons from Samsung and Kyocera, and difficult to dial keypads from Nokia and Samsung. He gives high marks to Kyocera’s 2325, which automatically puts your ten most frequently called numbers at their top of your phone book.
