This clip comes from today’s Mix Keynote, where Guthrie was running through the nuts and bolts of Microsoft’s Windows Phone 7 development tools, demonstrating an app called Marionette. Ballmer, to his credit, appears to have been in on the joke, contributing a slightly strained audio clip to the gag. Even Steve Ballmer likes making fun of Steve Ballmer!
