Mixing Mentos and Coke to make impromptu corn syrup cannons is nothing new, but this kit from EepyBird manages to gather all the parts into one handy package—and adds a dangerous “pinprick hole” to the mix for extra danger.
For $25, enterprising little Mentos cannon creators will receive some PVC plastic nozzles, the necessary Mentos fresh-maker candies, instructions and some requisite safety goggles.
The “pin prick” one mentioned above seems the most dangerous, as it concentrates the reacting Mentos/Coke spray into a tiny hole that’s reminiscent of a Super Soaker.
