Finland might let parents track kids via cellphones

The Finnish parliament is thinking about passing a new law which would let parents track their children via their cellphones, without their consent, but only up until age 15. Once they turn 15, kids could be tracked by their parents only if they agree to it. And what self-respecting teenager would agree to that?
