Even though we don’t need an Americanized version of BBC’s Being Human, we gotta admit, the US cast is pretty charming. Check out the first real footage from Syfy’s stateside series where a ghost, vampire and werewolf are all roommates.
It looks a lot like the original, but it’s got Sam Witwer, so you know I’m watching it… pantless. All kidding aside, we really hope the best for this adaptation. Syfy could really use a hit right now, and Being Human has always been able to bridge the gap between charm and stark horror. Which is exactly what we’d like to see more of at Syfy.
Being Human will premiere on Syfy in January of 2011.
