Supposedly People had to battle it out with Apple for months over the free-to-subscribers offer, with Apple finally relenting and allowing subscribers (2.3 million) to enter a code in the App Store, to be able to get the app for free.
The magazine app hasn't been released onto the App Store yet, with that tricky business over having to pay twice for photo agencies' paparazzi photos due to be decided today. [NY Times]
