Here is your very first look at Luc Besson’s completely batty new movie Lucy, in which Scarlett Johansson plays a drug mule who gains superpowers.
Thanks to Superhero Hype we now have a collection of new set images — Scarjo is looking very leopard, and may have a suitcase handcuffed to her wrist.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, “Besson wrote the script for Lucy, which centers on a woman forced to become a drug mule. But the drug instead goes into her system, transforming her into an ass-kicking machine. She can absorb knowledge instantaneously, is able to move objects with her mind and can’t feel pain and other discomforts.” But apparently the drugs are also killing her — because Morgan Freeman was cast as a scientist Lucy seeks out, to save her life.
