We're on the computer nearly 18 hours a day, so it's a miracle that we haven't developed carpal tunnel or RSI yet. I have said this before, and will say it again: if you want to avoid repetitive strain, you must

1. rest.

2. do joint mobility exercises.

I recommend "Warrior Wellness", by Scott Sonnon. You will feel stupid doing it, and the production quality of the video is pretty bad, but it was unbelievably effective for me at getting rid of what I assume was low-grade tendonitis.
