Soon you can use Foursquare to check-in to an event as well as a location. The social network is now grabbing event information from ESPN, MovieTickets.com and Songkick.
This new feature will let you check into a specific ball game, movie or concert. The next time you go to Madison Square Garden make sure you check into the event so your friends will know you’re there to see the Knicks play the Celtics and not the latest performance of Lady Gaga. [Foursquare]
