Gamestop Says Wii Supply Is Finally Meeting Demand

It took about three years, but Gamestop’s Senior Vice President of Merchandising Bob McKenzie has declared their Wii stock adequate to meet consumer demand:

You know, three years later, we finally have enough inventory on the shelf, and we’ve got a couple of weeks in supply of this.That’s good because we can finally determine and gauge it before we get into the fourth holiday season.

McKenzie also added that he doesn’t feel a price drop is necessary, as if anyone ever implied such a thing. [Gamasutra via Kotaku]
