According to a new post from godzilla.uk on Threads, intimacy coordinator Kristina Sexton as been hired to supervise the filming of Godzilla x Kong: Supernova. As the outlet notes, “the previous Monsterverse films did not utilize an intimacy coordinator.”

During a recent interview with KCRW’s The Business (via Deadline), The Matrix co-director Lilly Wachowski stated she doesn’t “wanna play in that sandbox anymore” and may not give Drew Goddard her blessing on his upcoming sequel.
Warner Bros. — they want to make another thing. They’re always going to want to make another thing. Personally, I don’t want to play in that sandbox anymore. I’m kind of done. But there’s this maybe-a-thing that’s happening with Drew Goddard, and he doesn’t want to go forward unless he gets our blessing. And so it becomes this complicated situation — that maybe we’re going to stick our noses in a tiny bit and see how we feel. And if we want to pass on our blessing to Drew or not. So could be something that’s coming down the road, but it’s still unknown.
Häxan
According to Screen Daily and Bloody-Disgusting, Erika Linder (Below Her Mouth) and T’Nia Miller (The Fall of the House of Usher and The Haunting of Bly Manor) are attached to star in Häxan, a “psychological folk horror” movie currently filming in Sweden. Though specifically stated to not be a direct remake of the 1922 quasi-documentary of the same title, the film is said to feature “an original story inspired by the 17th-century witch trials,” with the original film serving as “a strong foundational text.” Tina Gharavi is attached to direct the project, which is said to include an original score by its executive producer, Moby.
Gladys
During a recent interview with Deadline, Zach Cregger revealed he’s no longer writing the Weapons prequel focusing on Amy Madigan’s Oscar-winning turn as Aunt Gladys.
Oh, actually, Zach Shields is writing Gladys. I was developing the story with him, but he’s writing it.
Man of Tomorrow
According to a new rumor from entertainment insider Apocalyptic Horseman on Twitter, Sinqua Walls’ mystery role in Man of Tomorrow is “very physical” and “may set up a future film” in the DCU.

Meanwhile, another rumor from insider Daniel Richtman states reshoots have wrapped on Avengers: Doomsday, and “one acene” [sic] in particular “will make a lot of people happy.”

ViQueens
Deadline reports Ketchup Entertainment has acquired the U.S. distribution rights to ViQueens, a Norwegian animated movie from director Harald Zwart (The Karate Kid, The 12th Man, Agent Cody Banks). Starring the voices of Ella Purnell, Rita Ora, Steve Speirs, Anton Lesser, and Alan Carr, the story follows “two fearless Viking girls, Ingrid (Purnell) and Hedvig (Ora), who defy tradition when they embark on an extraordinary journey to return a stowaway boy to China. Their adventure takes them from the icy fjords of Norway through Byzantine intrigue and along the legendary Silk Road, bringing together Viking grit, ancient Chinese wisdom, unexpected alliances and a touch of magic.” The film additionally features an original score by Buffy the Vampire Slayer and Frozen composer, Christophe Beck.
