Google’s Tech Support Care Package lets you preemptively send your folks videos on tech subjects ranging from how to change your desktop background to cropping photos to video chat—although be prepared to deal with the consequences of that last one. It’s a little snarky, but they can take it. And it could do wonders for your eggnog-to-troubleshooting ratio.
