When Supergirl starts up later this year on CBS, it’ll be a new outlet to realize more characters from DC’s lineup for the television screen. Case in point: Red Tornado, of whom we now have our first official look.
The character will be portrayed by Iddo Goldberg (Tut, Salem), and is described by CBS as “the most advanced android the world has ever seen. Designed by scientist T.O. Morrow for the U.S. Army as the ultimate superweapon, he soon becomes sentient, posing a grave danger to National City — including the people Supergirl cares about most.”
