For a little while now, Rockstar Games has been doing interesting little experiments with the online multiplayer component of Grand Theft Auto V. Various updates have offered up different variants that bend the experience’s tone into more genre-inflected territory.

The brand-new Deadline update repaints the whole of Los Santos entirely and makes it look straight out of Tron. Hopefully, this means lots of fodder for glorious fan-made machinima via the Rockstar Editor.
