We’re not entirely sure what kind of voodoo Hot Toys is using to create its remarkably detailed line of sixth-scale action figures, but we’re fairly confident that seeing its new Wolverine figure in person counts as a celebrity encounter with Hugh Jackman himself.
Standing just shy of a foot tall the figure won’t be available until August of next year, but Sideshow Collectibles will happily let you pre-order one now for $250. It’s got 30 points of articulation, swappable hands that come with or without his adamantium claws extended, and a permanent miniature chip on his shoulder. With this figure and a little bit of forced perspective you could probably snap a convincing selfie with Hugh Jackman, but then you’d have to admit to yourself that you’re the type of person who takes selfies with toys.
