This was well overdue: Hulu is finally joining Netflix and Amazon to offer streaming without ads. But in order to get it, you’ll have to pay $4 extra.
For $12 a month, you’ll be able to watch Hulu without having to sit through ads. If you don’t mind the ads so much, $8 a month will still get you the premium content. And apparently Hulu’s betting a lot of people would rather save money then skip the commercial noise.

This comes days after Hulu made a gutsy move to pick up all the popular movies Netflix was shedding in the coming month. Seems like Hulu is a streaming service with something to prove.
But either experience seems to mean more money for Hulu, whether it be by your extra cash or its advertiser’s.
