IBM’s ThinkPad prototypes

IBM is showing off a couple of prototypes for new ThinkPads as the try to breathe new life into the line, which recently celebrated its 10th birthday. The G-Series prototype (pictured at right) actually transforms into a mini-desktop PC, that opens like a regular laptop, but comes with a detachable keyboard and a display that can be raised up using a special hinge. The other prototype is about the same, just without a keyboard that can detach.
