We take DSLRs places they really shouldn’t go: mountains, deserts, debaucherous hipster rooftop parties. So a solid aluminum body cap like the LockCircle is kind of great, instead of the puny plastic one that comes in the box.
The cap’s old fashioned rotary phone design gives you a solid grip, even when you’re wearing gloves. Right now it’s only available for Canon EF mount cameras, but a Nikon F mount model is forthcoming.
