No longer are iPhone users bound by the Knocking Live Video app—they can now send video to Android users, and vice versa. The original app got Steve Jobs’s personal recommendation, so this update is well worth checking out.

It’s the first cross-platform video-sharing app, and for the first time is available to Android users—hence why Android and iPhone people will be able to send video live to one another. As the iPhone doesn’t have a forward-facing camera (and indeed, only the newly-announced Sprint Evo has a camera front and center) they won’t be ideal for video chat, but at least you can stream video live from the gig or sports game you’re watching.
