Syrian opposition activists recently hacked into Syrian butcher Bashar al-Assad's email. They found lots of incriminating material, including the image you are seeing above.
According to the emails, the ugly-faced Assad and his cronies don't really give a damn about the hundreds of compatriots they are killing indiscriminately in their country. Assad just keeps talking about dumb stuff, buying songs on iTunes, badmouthing his wife and flirting with young women like the one who sent the picture above.
