Limitless, the movies about Bradley Cooper taking a bunch of drugs and changing his life from a lazy writer to a gigantic success, is getting a TV series.
We actually really liked Limitless the movie. It wasn’t a huge cinematic experience, but it had a few good moments in it. Plus the NZT drug itself is an interesting idea to center a TV series around. However, it does kind of sound like i the TV show will just be another police procedural which… hmmm. Deadline is reporting that director Neil Burger is returning to direct and produce the pilot, which will center around main character Brian Sinclair “as he discovers the power of the mysterious drug NZT and is coerced into using his newfound drug-enhanced abilities to solve weekly cases for the FBI.”
