The start of a new School year can be tough for anyone - and with National Bullying Prevention Month coming up this October, Marvel's enlisted the help of a few superheroes to promote the cause in a series of variant comic book covers.
Marvel have announced that they're partnering up with STOMP Out Bullying, the USA's leading Anti-bullying organisation to release 7 alternate covers to Comic Book shops for series running in October: Rocket Raccoon #4, Guardians of the Galaxy #20, Legendary Star-Lord #6, Avengers #36, Captain America #25, Inhuman #7 and Hulk #7.
It's nice that the Guardians are a big part of this initiative, especially off of the back of their boost in popularity thanks to enormous Box Office successes over the summer. Superheroes have long been mirrors for stories about prejudice and acceptance, so it's good to see Marvel playing part in raising awareness throughout October.
