Maxell’s SSB-1 soundbar is by all definitions, a budget product. Combining two 7.5w speakers with a 15w subwoofer, the SSB-1 likely won’t send you into a state of awe. But at the same time, it’s only $130.
Meant for “smaller TVs,” you can use the SSB-1 as a TV pedestal, provided it’s under 55-pounds. But the biggest bummer is that it only has 3.5mm miniplug inputs for audio. Those desiring RCA inputs need look elsewhere. The Maxell SSB-1 is available now. [Maxell]
