Microsoft has filed a motion protesting Apple’s “App Store” trademark filing. The reason? The document Apple submitted was not only too long, according to Microsoft, but also “printed in less than 11 point font,” an apparent violation of court rules which require letters of a reasonable size. Children, please! Behave yourselves or I’m going to turn this judicial proceeding right back around. [Microsoft motion via Geekwire]
