BargainPDA has some more details on those two new wireless iPAQ Pocket PCs that we first learned of last month. We had originally reported that they were to be called the h4155 and the h4355, but it looks like they’re now just the h4100 and the h4300, or perhaps that’s the name of the series and the h4155 and the h4355 are specific models within that series. Either way, both iPAQs will have 400MHz processors, 64Mb of RAM, WiFi, Bluetooth, and SDIO expansion card slots, but we’re considerably more excited about the h4300, which is supposed to have a built-in keyboard (the picture at right is just a rendering, not an actual photo).
