According to the actual Consumer Product Safety Commission recall order, all “i Series, “e” Series, and “p” Series (which isn’t officially out yet) Segways are being recalled for a software upgrade, which we presume will address the problem of it being too easy for riders to fall off when the Segway is low on power.
