Brighthand has some more details on that high-resolution Pocket PC from Toshiba. Besides the 640×480 display, the e805 (which we’ve also seen called the e800) will have a 400MHz processor, 128MB of RAM, built-in WiFi, and special software for using it as a Voice over IP phone.
