Um yeah, BBO's customer service is much worse. They had a similar problem with their web site a month or two ago, and they offered nothing in return for the down time. Your only option was to call and complain and hope that they would give you a free e-coupon (Diddley do ding dong!!).
Also, BBO took about a day or two longer to get movies shipped to me, and their website is horribly slow. I am so glad I don't have to deal with them any more. Every store is organized differently and it is so hard to find something I am interested in.
