Where previous commercials have been light on John Gallagher, Jr.’s unnamed character, this one reveals a little more, showing him as a voluntary resident of Howard’s (John Goodman) bunker.
This footage also shows Michelle (Mary Elizabeth Winstead) with an injured leg and on an IV—Howard treated her when he saved her from a car accident. Also notable is the “Help” scratched into the window, which could be from other people Howard has “saved.” Of course, the sound of a creature screeching from outside could mean that Howard’s actually right about the danger.
