So far, we’ve seen two trailers for the upcoming Harry Potter prequel Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them, and sure they’ve been pretty good. But there haven’t been many actual beasts in them, or a great explanation of what the adventure in the film will be. This video does both.
In it, both writer/creator J.K. Rowling and star Eddie Redmayne discussing the film’s lead character, Newt Scamander, laying out his quirks, but also discussing a bunch of new “fantastic beasts” and the general plot of the movie. It’s well worth a watch, if only for the goosebumps the John Williams theme at the beginning will give you.
The more we see from this film, the more exciting it becomes. And now it’s just a few months away.
Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them opens November 18.
