Norwegian director Andre Ovredal (Troll Hunter) will direct a thriller called Emergence about miners battling a terrifyingly destructive “rogue terraforming organism” on a far-off moon, Variety reports. Ovredal also helmed the upcoming supernatural mystery The Autopsy of Jane Doe, in which Brian Cox and Emile Hirsch play father-and-son coroners.
