Guitar Hero 2 for the PS2 is just around the corner, and what’s better than using the stock, wired guitar? That’s right, using a third-party wireless guitar like Nyko’s “The Frontman.” The gang over at 1UP recently had some quality time with it and came away rather impressed. Calling the wireless functionality “very responsive,” 1UP rocked out to Boston and said that the button’s felt divine. (Well, they didn’t use that word specifically, but the word captures the same spirit.) It should be out around the same time as the game, that is, early next month.
Let’s see, a guitar that kinda looks like a Gibson Explorer (seen here) and controls Guitar Hero 2… for the win!
