There have been many versions of Douglas Adams’ classic comic space opera, The Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy — but the original cast of the radio show, many of whom crossed over to the TV version, have a special place in our hearts. And now, they’re back together again, and you can hear for yourself.
The original cast reunited for BBC Radio 4’s “Character Invasion” series, and performed live on stage. Simon Jones, who played Arthur Dent, even wore his classic bathrobe. Also appearing were Mark Wing-Davey as Zaphod Beeblebrox, Geoff McGivern as Ford Prefect, Stephen Moore as Marvin the Paranoid Android, and Susan Sheridan as Trillian.
