Update of Panasonic’s W2 laptop, the one with the optical drive underneath the touch pad. The W2b has a 1GHz Centrino processor, a DVD/CD-RW combination drive (they claim it’s the lightest laptop with a combo drive), a 12.1-inch display, a 40GB hard drive, up to 512MB of RAM, and built-in 802.11b.
