This photo series by Alejandro Cartagena shows the life of some workers in Monterrey, Mexico who carpool to work by cramming themselves into a truck bed. It’s sort of hilarious until you realize this is life—lying down before work in a truck is their snooze and hot shower.
The pictures are taken near Monterrey, Mexico and capture a goofy wrinkle of the work force there. It makes sense though, right? Trucks are just as good for transporting people as they are moving things around. Though some trucks look infinitely more comfortable than others. Check out the full photo series here.
