AT&T's servers have made preordering a new iPhone from either their website or Apple's pretty much impossible this morning. Did you have any luck, or have you been frustratedly repeating the same couple steps over and over again?
People, this server stuff will be cleared up and you will be able to place your order by the end of the day, I promise. There is no need to go crazy here. Going and wasting half your day outside an AT&T store just so you can go waste half your day in front of the same store next week is not a good use of your time. Breathe deep and have some patience.
