For a leaked tablet, Samsung's Galaxy Tab sure is getting a lot of specs suddenly. The Vietnamese site Tinh te is now reckoning on an A8 1.2GHz processor and 16GB of internal storage being squeezed into the shell.

Not to mention the fact that their sources are claiming it'll be running Android Froyo 2.2, and can be expanded up to 32GB of storage via a microSD card slot. The smaller of the three models (7, 8 and 10-inches) will have a Super AMOLED screen, a 4,000mAh battery and 370gram weight.

Previously, all we'd learned about the Galaxy Tab was that it would have a "a high-res TFT screen" and 3.5mm jack, courtesy of the South African Samsung Twitter account which leaked the above photo.

Gotta say it, but this Samsung device is shaping up to be one very attractive tablet. [Tinh te via Engadget]

"...will have a Super AMOLED screen"

And you guys are giving Apple crap for using the term "retina display"?
