Palm Infocenter is reporting that the SGH-i500, Samsung’s Palm-powered GSM/GPRS PDA phone, has been delayed and won’t be out here in the US until next year. If it ever comes out, the SGH-i500 might actually be a nice phone. It has a 300MHz processor, 32MB of RAM, 32MB of Flash ROM, a 65,000 color display, and a built-in digital camera.
