Google’s not the only company accidentally revealing products via their documents these days. This morning the Seagate’s website inadvertently showed us all the upcoming 750GB Barracuda. The drive will use 7200 RPM spindles and come in both Parallel ATA and Serial ATA flavors. The sheet also specified that the drives would have a 16MB cache. This news may mean hard drive makers are finally making the push toward 1 Terabyte drives. Could we see them by the end of 2006?
