This is a powerful, horrifying short film that utterly captured my attention over the eight or so minutes that it runs. It’s quiet, beautiful and haunting, all at once.
I think what struck me the most is just how powerful silence is: there’s no dialogue at all, but it’s even more effective with just actress Kristen DeGree and her natural surroundings.
