For those who don’t mind eating in front of the TV the sofa also provides a handy place to put cups and plates when it’s merged into one piece. And the Slot Sofa incorporates one other brilliant feature that other furniture makers should consider: magnetically secured cushions that keeps them from sliding all over the place. That alone would be worth the price of entry, if Matthew were to ever produce the piece en masse.
