Anyone who has played anything from the Fallout videogame series knows about the Pip-Boy 3000, a wrist-worn computer for managing your character. Now someone has made one from an iPod touch…sort of.
The modder actually gutted a Pip-Boy watch and filled its internals with an iPod touch. The simulation you see is just a series of stills in the iPod’s photo program. But I think we’re on to something here. There’s gotta be an out of work software programmer and another out of work plastics manufacturer who can make this thing happen for real. Because when life gives you a lemons/financiapocalypses, you make Pip-Boys and/or lemonade. [via Kotaku]
