SpaceX Soft Landing Successful, But Video Corrupted

SpaceX pulled off their soft-landing with the stage one rocket during the Falcon 9 launch, but stormy seas prevented the landing ship from meeting it. The rocket hovered for 8 seconds before stuttering out and fell into the ocean. They got video of the landing, but it's corrupted. They tried to clean it up, and it's not much better. Now they want your help.
